Youth/Adult Small Group Bible Study
9:45am in Room No. 2 located in the South wing. Beth Goodwin is the leader. For more information visit our Sunday School page !
We strive to provide an atmosphere that is warm and welcoming. People come in a variety of clothing styles, from casual shirts, jeans and sneakers to coats and ties, skirts or pants – whatever you prefer and are comfortable wearing is fine. All are welcome.
We are a smaller congregation with attendance around 40 to 60 for Worship. We are an eclectic group: we live in different counties, work in diverse professions and range in age from 1 to over 90. We honor our differences because they create vitality and creativity as we seek to serve our Lord.
Park anywhere in the parking lot. Enter the sanctuary through the center front doors. Greeters will welcome you, and give you a church bulletin with the morning’s Order of Worship and answer any questions you may have. Restrooms are located behind the greeters in the entry way. There are additional restrooms in the North & South wings, accessed by going through the doors on the left or right of the altar. You are welcome to sit at any pew. We use three different hymnals or song books and we project most song lyrics on a screen. We are a rather casual congregation that we hope will make you feel right at home!
We have a very special welcome gift for you! Let the greeter know if this is your first visit and you will be given a gift card good for $5.00  that will be donated in your honor to a charitable cause – just circle which charity on the card you wish us to donate to in your name and we will make it happen! This is our way of sharing our mission outreach with you! Thank you for coming!
We want you and your child to have the best possible experience. We offer nursery services for infants to 3 year olds. Our greeters can direct you to the nursery if needed. A baby changing table is available.  Mid-way through the service, children are invited to come to the Altar for Children’s Time to enjoy a special age appropriate teaching from our Pastor that is reflective of the day’s sermon. After Children’s Time, those 1st grade and younger are ushered to Kid’s Praise where they will experience age appropriate worship learning experiences. For safety reasons, children in the nursery and Kid’s Praise will be held until their direct caregiver picks them up. These rooms are located in the North wing of the church.
Children 2nd grade and higher are expected to remain with their parents, grandparents or custodians during Worship. Special Children’s faith-based fun sheets on clipboards with pencils are available for every child during the Worship service. The clipboards are located just inside the front doors on a table.  A greeter can assist you with locating the children’s clipboards.
We celebrate communion on the first Sunday of each month and on certain other special occasions. In the United Methodist Church communion is open to all who wish to share in God’s grace. You do not need to be a member of the Methodist denomination to partake in communion. Children are welcome to come forward and participate with parents, grandparents or custodians.
There are handicapped spaces available all along the front of the church. We also have special earphones for those who have difficulty hearing; ask a greeter for assistance. Communion can be served in your seat if you are unable to come to the altar. We can accommodate wheelchairs as well. There are handicapped restrooms in the middle and North wing of the church.
Changing tables for infants in the nursery in the North wing and in the restrooms in the middle and North wings. A rocking chair is available in the nursery if you wish to rock your baby.
If you provide your name, address and phone number in the red guest register located in the Narthex (next to where the greeters stand), you will receive a follow-up mailing from the pastor with an invitation to join us again!
There is a red prayer book in the narthex across from the greeters where you can write any names you wish the entire church to pray for during our prayer time.
